Carbon fiber is excellent in physical properties and chemical properties of a new composite material. Its tensile strength at 3500 Mpa or more, is 7-9 times that of steel; tensile elastic modulus of 23000 ~ 43000 Mpa, tensile elastic modulus higher than that of steel, and its specific gravity is less than a quarter of the steel; Meanwhile insoluble swelling in an organic solvent, acids, bases, outstanding corrosion resistance.

All our carbon tubes in this section are roll wrapped using high grade carbon pre-preg, in a 2 x 2 twill weave pattern.

These tubes can be used for robotics, UAV construction, leisure applications and anywhere that requires low weight but high stiffness.

Tubes can be cut and shaped with basic hand tools, such as a fine tooth hacksaw.

Our Roll wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill/plain carbon fiber prepregs around a metal mould and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers whereas the Twill/Plain is on the surface. Based on your requirement, we can also use Kevlar and glass fiber.

Available in matte and gloss finishings, these tubes are not only good looking but also extremely stiff and strong. Such roll wrapped tubes are available in round, square, rectangular, hexagon, octagon shapes. All these tubes are custom made based on the client's requirement.
