304 Stainless Steel Channels are made with an alloy mixture of chromium and nickel in the ratio of 18% chromium and 8% nickel with minimal additions of carbon. The chromium content in the SS UNS S30400 Channels helps them to exhibit higher resistivity against corrosion and oxidation. The Nickel Content helps the ASTM A276 SS 304 Channels to have better formability and better stability. The carbon content in the SS 304 Channels makes them more versatile and applicable. These SS 1.4401 Channels are known to have great formability and their fabrication process is also quite simple. Due to these properties, the ASTM A276 SS 304 Channels have found various applications in deep-drawn marine environments. The SS 304 Channels can resist oxidation up to ASTM A276 SS 304 Channels in intermittent use and 925°C in continuous use.
