DESCRIPTION

Air ride uses a variety of valves, air lines and air-spring bags in place of steel suspension. The flexible air-spring bags are made from a woven and rubber-like material. The air supplied to the air-ride suspension uses the same air compressor and air reservoir as a truck’s braking system. The supplied air pressurizes the air-spring bags, creating a spring-like motion that raises the chassis from the axle.

As air ride suspension continues to improve, more and more builders reach for it. Hell, more and more suppliers are jumping into the mix, to provide it to enthusiasts within the automotive world. This is mainly due to the simple fact that easily managing ride height is incredibly useful. Think about it: when you need to level a vehicle out, you can. When you want to lift, you can. Adding air springs will not change the Weight Rating (GVWR, GCWR, GAWR) of your vehicle. Our air springs simply increase your suspension’s ability to support heavy loads.
