Personalized aluminum wheels, with an annual production capacity of 350,000 pieces of 18-34-inch automotive aluminum wheels (equivalent to the output value of a general domestic enterprise with an annual output of 1 million pieces of 16-20 inches). The products are exported to the United States, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia And the foreign modified car market in the Middle East. Among them,

We equipped over 30 sets of advanced production equipments Including continuous heat treatment furnaces , advanced low pressure and gravity casting machine , high performance CNC Machine etc and reliable testing equipments Including X-Ray Detectors ,impact resistance testers, cornering bending endurance testers ,dynamic redial load endurance testers etc for assuring to make good quality alloy wheels .

Our products have passed the evaluations of German TUV certification and Japanese VIA certification. Our production and operation strictly conforms to ISO9001/TS16949 quality system. Currently we can produce various sizes of alloy wheels from 13 inch to 34 inch

New Molds Making

We also accept new molds design from our customers and this usually will take around 40 days from the date of approved proposal to make the molds and another 30-45 days for production.
