1.How could i make the order ?
A): Send an email to the sale person and tell them your requirments of the filing cabinet . Sale person will confirm all the
details of the cabinet and make offical quotation to you . After your both sides makes the contract , then Advanced Payment -Producing - loading- Blance Payment - Shipping and then you will get the goods .
If you do not know how to deal with it , just call or email the sale person and they are at your service .

2.What is the Minimum order ?
B): Minimum order for each modle is 50 pieces . We have many different kinds of filing cabinet , you can Max all the cabinets together into one container .

3.If i pay you , you do not offer goods , what should i do ? If you offer me the bad goods , can i ask my money back ?
C): The factory has do exporting business for 18 years , we do make our promise for all the clients .

4.Could i buy 1 pieces ?
D):First the factory can offer 1 piece for sample if you are the distributor and will buy the cabinet in Bulk . And the factory is happy to offer sample .
Second , you just need 1 pieces for your office or home usage . And we do advice you can take it in your makreting as the delivery cost for 1 pieces is very high and it is much cheaper in your marketing

5.Can you offer me your price list ?
E):The price of the metal cabinet is based on size , color , quantity , thickness of steel, locks and so on . After you
confirmation all these details , the sale person is very happy to offer the whole price list . If you are no idea about these
specifications , it is very difficult for us to make price list .

6 .Could I have more details information about the cabinet ?
F):Yes , Pleas email the sale person , they will offer all tyhe information you need within 1 hour .

7. Will you send the goods to my warehouse ?
G): Under normal conditions , we will send the cabinet to the port which is nearest to you and you are responsible for Clear
Customs , pick up the container to your warehouse . If you do hope that we can send the goods to your warehouse , please email our sale person and the y will assit you .

8 .What is the lead time of the goods ?
H): The cabinet are will be finished within 25 days after receiving the advance payment. Also we do offer better lead time for VIP clients too . If you have any question about the lead time , the sale person will be at your service .

9.Can i pay them in RMB
I):Yes , before offering the quotation , please tell us you will pay us in RMB .

10. Is the price are validity all the time ?
J):The validity of the price list is within 15 days , and the sale person will update teh price list to you at time .

11. Can you offer the certifica which i need ?
K):The factory can offer all kinds of certificate and report to you . ISO9001 ISO1004 , ANSI-BIFMA , Drop- testing report are also ok for all the filing cabinet .
