BSXR series metal separator / free falling metal detector can remove or separate metal particles that may exist in plastic particles (such as ferrous iron, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, etc.) (even if the metal particles are encapsulated in the product). The metal separator can prevent metal from entering the injection molding machine and reduce the damage to the mold, hot nozzle and valve.
