1. Product Description:

MA 89 High-frequency Welding Pipe Mill steel pipe making machine,using pre-slit carbon steel CR, HR coils as material.​

2. Introduction:

This MA 89 High-frequency Welding Pipe Mill is used to produce high frequency straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe with outer diameter of Φ35mm~Φ102mm and wall thickness of 1.2~4.0mm.

The welded pipe production line is more suitable for producing straight welded pipes with frequency induction welder. Square or rectangular pipes can be welded by this machine too.Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurate fabrication and rolling, the whole line can achieve high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, the pipe production speed can be adjusted.

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
