Advantages of electric rope winch

Electric winch has strong versatility, compact structure, small size, light weight, heavy lifting, easy to use and transfer. Widely used in construction, water conservancy engineering, forestry, mining, wharf and other materials hoisting or leveling, can also be used in modern electrical control automatic operation line supporting equipment.

The electric winch works by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy through the motor, that is, the rotor of the motor outputs rotation and drives the drum to rotate after the triangle belt, shaft and gear deceleration.

It is used for electric hoist with large lifting height, large loading and unloading capacity and cumbersome working conditions. It is required to have good speed regulation performance, especially the empty hook can drop quickly. For mounting or sensitive materials, it should be able to descend with a slight speed of movement.

The electric winch uses an electric motor as the power, drives the drum through an elastic coupling, a three-stage enclosed gear reducer, and uses an electromagnetic system.

1. We adopt integral, two-part and four-part drums.
2. The rope drum adopts the spiral rope groove or LBS grooves pressed by engineering lining plastic, with steel sling set as transition device.
3. Adopt the rear oil cylinder disc brake controlled by electric and hydraulic pressure; the hydraulic pressure station divides into two types – medium voltage and high voltage. Medium voltage station has two methods of braking – holding brake force and hydraulic delay; Medium and high voltage station has two types – the constant deceleration and the constant braking torque. Hydraulic pressure station is equipped with the pressure sensor and the pressure relay.
