Precautions during operation

For different lines, we have different requirements for the blade of the machine.

1. Wool wire and multi strand wire: when processing wool wire and multi strand wire, the fixed knife and moving knife of the copper wire granulator shall be sharp, and the broken wire shall be cut off by the blade, so that the copper rice is clean and high purity.

2.Single strand and single core wire: when handling single strand and single core wires, the blade edge of the moving knife is required to be blunt and the fixed knife is required to be sharp. Under this requirement, the spacing between the moving knife and the fixed knife is that the single strand cable just blocks the cable and does not contact the wire core. At this time, the cable is broken by inertia, which can effectively avoid copper wrapping.
