Application & Simple Details

Color coated galvanized coil is based on cold rolling and galvanized coil, after surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), coated with paint in a continuous way, after baking and cooling products. Using zinc-based color coating rolls, in addition to zinc protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays the role of covering isolation, can prevent the rust of the steel plate, the service life is longer than the single galvanized products.
