Stainless Wire Reinforced Polyurethane (PU) Coated Fiberglass Cloth

1. Description:

Fiberglass cloth with SS thread insert-a woven plain weave fiberglass fabric with 316 stainless steel thread inserted to increase tensile strength. The stainless steel wire we use is stronger and more durable.

We weaved multiple stainless steel wires with each strand of stretched glass fiber yarn. Weaving can be unidirectional (stainless steel inserts only warp yarns) or bidirectional (stainless steel inserts warp yarns and weft yarns).

Jiangnan Inserted Glass Fiber Cloth is woven with high-quality glass fiber yarn and stainless steel wire, which has higher tensile strength, puncture resistance, and heat resistance. The function of stainless steel wire is to dissipate heat on the surface of the fabric and improve heat resistance.
