Machine main application:

The automatic tyre packing machine is furnished with motor driven powered conveyors for transferring the tyres and complete the packing process automatically. Fully automatic operation for superior efficiency.

Machine features:

1. The tyre packing machine is automatic type with powered conveyors.
2. Both manual/auto work mode can be chose.
3. PLC control and HMI screen for automatic operation.
4. Easy operation by inputting the ID, OD, width of the hose coil and correction value, PLC will calculate related parameters automatically.
5. The overlapping ratio and packing tape tension can be adjusted.
6. The material is cut automatically.
7. Photo sensors for detecting and fixing the coil position.
8. Automatic positioning.
9. Independent control cabinet, easy for operation and maintenance.
10. Press rollers avoid shaking of the coils in working.
11. Safe guardrails and covers, ensure safe operation.
12. The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane, which can protect the product effectively.
13. Automatic material feeding and cutting is available (depends on different material).
14. The conveyor length can be customized based on production needs.
