Product Description of Metal Random Packing

Pall Ring is a kind of improvement of metal saddle ring random packing. It was developed in South China Science & Engineering University. It absorbs the characteristics of saddle-shape packing and ring-shape packing. It seems that we cut the cascade ring along the longitudinal axis, and then moving half of it down and opposite to form the whole conjugate ring. Its structure is symmetrical, it will not form overlapping phenomenon in the tower, and can be evenly arranged in the tower. So it can make the liquid evenly distributed on the surface of the packing, and obtain good mass transfer effect.

Application of Metal Random Packing

It is widely used in desulphurization and decarburization system, decompressed plant such as distillation, gas absorption, desorption system, vacuum or pressure operation ,scrubbing tower, cooling tower etc. For example, the metal conjugate ring is used in the solvent oil tower of Eucalyptus oil fractionation unit, naphthenic acid recovery unit and platinum reforming unit, which improves the economic benefit of the unit and is praised by the customer.
