A: Usually we have no MOQ. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service .

2.Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity .We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account,if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account.It takes about 5-7 days to reach.

3.How long is lead time of sample?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2- 3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 20-25 days to make new injection tooling, subject to your designs whether they need new starts.Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 5-10 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What is your payment methods?
A: T/T. PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram , Alipay etc.

6. How about your after-sales service?
A. We will keep tracking the package and remind customers to receive.
B. As for any damage or loss during the delivery, we will take the responsibility and offer replacement or refund.
