Horizontal Metal RBD Wire Drawing Machine For Copper Cable

Introduction

The wire drawing machine is controlled by frequency converter, which can adjust the speed of paying off motor according to different specifications of products, so as to effectively improve the quality of products and the stability of the system. On the other hand, the soft start of the motor is realized by using frequency converter control, which helps to prolong the service life of the motor and reduce the workload of electrical maintenance.

During commissioning, the main attention shall be paid to the starting stage and shutdown stage, and the paying off motor and take-up motor shall be started synchronously.

1. Starting phase

Before the operation of the frequency converter, place the tension rod in the middle and slightly upward position, and start the frequency converter to increase the speed slowly. In case of disconnection during startup, it indicates that the take-up motor starts too fast. The starting frequency l-7, starting frequency duration L-8 of the take-up motor and the acceleration and deceleration time B-7 and B-8 of the pay off and take-up frequency converter can be adjusted accordingly.

2. Parking phase

During shutdown, the paying off and take-up motors will decelerate according to the current operating frequency and deceleration time. When decelerating to the set frequency, the OC output signal of the take-up frequency converter starts the electromagnetic braking device to make the paying off and take-up motor stop accurately, so that the copper wire will not be broken due to the too fast stop of the paying off motor. In case of disconnection during shutdown, the deceleration time B-8 of pay off and take-up frequency converter can be adjusted accordingly. In case of disconnection near shutdown, the OC output signal action time (B-15, l-58) of take-up frequency converter can be adjusted.
