Copper Wire Tinning Machine Annealing Tin Plating Equipment
Introduction
Tinning equipment operation steps and methods
A. Open the control cabinet, close the main power supply and close the door of the control cabinet.
B. Place the "upper annealing section", "lower annealing section" and "oven" knobs on the "on" position; When tinning is required, set the "tin furnace heating" knob to the "on" position.
C. According to the production plan, set the annealing furnace temperature according to the following table.
D. Set the oven temperature to 260 ~ 300 ℃.
E. When tinning, put an appropriate amount of tin block in the tin furnace tank, set the tin furnace temperature at 250 ~ 270 ℃, and add flux (tin water agent) into the pickling tank.
F. Install the prepared take-up reel on the take-up frame, select the motor gear "4P" or "8p" according to the process, adjust the coarse and fine adjustment of the wire arrangement, and adjust the wire arrangement torque and width respectively.
G. Turn the coiling knob switch to the "on" position.
H. On line: install all the wires to be processed on the paying off axle, arrange the wire ends according to the machine, bypass all relevant pulleys, pass through the wire mold through the heat processor, make a circle on the lead roller, and reach each take-up reel through the pulley on the wire arrangement mechanism; When tin plating is required, it passes through the heat processor, pickling tank and tin furnace and passes through the wire mold. It goes around the lead roller and reaches each take-up reel through the pulley on the wire arrangement mechanism.
