Stainless steel piston rod is mainly used for hydraulic and pneumatic, engineering machinery

and automobile manufacturing. The piston rod is processed by rolling. Due to the residual compressive

stress on the surface layer, it is helpful to close the small cracks on the surface and hinder the expansion

of erosion. So as to improve the corrosion resistance of the surface, delay the generation or expansion

of fatigue cracks, and improve the fatigue strength of the oil cylinder rod. Through rolling forming, a cold

work hardening layer is formed on the rolling surface, which reduces the elastic and plastic deformation

of the contact surface of the grinding pair, improves the wear resistance of the surface of the oil cylinder

rod, and avoids the burn caused by grinding. After rolling, the reduction of surface roughness can improve

the matching properties. At the same time, the friction damage to the seal ring or seal during the movement

of the oil cylinder rod piston is reduced, and the overall service life of the oil cylinder is improved.
