Q:How is the packaging to be done for the loading?

A: We would be packed with strong wooden pallet, please check our photo of packing and loading with sales colleagues

Q: Can you offer sample to confirm order? Is it free?

A: For golden tiles, samples are not free, but will return to you when you order them. We usually send sample by DHL,TNT, Fedex etc to oversea for customer with freight collected.

Q: How to deal with the damaged goods after receiving the shipment?

A: Our sales colleagues not just follow to order and also the service after receiving the shipment, they understand the situation and position what’s to client clearly and properly to give feedback by action right away.

Q: How can we guarantee quality?

A: We always have a pre-production sample before mass production, and the final inspection would be done before the shipment. We only sell AAA.
