A: We got three mounting type so far, including top plate, threaded stem and bolt hole. If you need the stem, grip ring stem, L boad or U boad type, please let us know.

Q: Can i change the bracket surface treatment or color ?

A: Yes, you can choose the zinc painted, yellow zinc or chrom painted instead.

Q: Is the wheel material changeble?

A: Yes, PU, PVC, TPR, PP, Nylon or others, just name it.

Q: What is the term of payment?

A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T or L/C before delivery.

Q: Are samples available?

A: Yes, samples are available at any time, negotiable.

Q: Can i customize my own logo/brand? If i want to make a new type of caster, is that possible?
