BSR seriesribbon blender is an efficient and versatile mixer for drying particles and powder uniformly. The Ribbon Mixer works best when mixing dry powder and granules due to the design and shape of the ribbon and the product container. Can Be used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, cosmetics and other industries.

Working Method:

the blending mixer is composed of horizontal mixer and BSR type mixer. The belt agitator is composed of a group of inner screw agitators and a group of outer screw agitators. The outer belt moves the material in one direction and the inner belt moves the material in the opposite direction. The ribbon can be moved radially and laterally to ensure complete mixing in a short time.

1. Under the feasibility factor, the mixing effect of the horizontal belt mixer is not affected by the particle size and density, and it also has a good mixing effect on viscous materials.
2. The smooth mixing process reduces damage to fragile materials, and the structure of the flying knife also acts as a crusher.

4. In the stirring structure, the forward and reverse rotating screws are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low-power, high-efficiency stirring environment.
