API Carbon Steel Polished Oilfield Sucker Rods Environmental Protection
Product Description:
Sucker rod is manufactured according to API Spec 11B which mainly includes grade D and K. Grade H sucker rod is developed to suit for deep well and pcp pumps. Zhongshi alway provide the sucker rods which have the D ,K, KD , HL, HY type sucker rod.
Sucker Rod Manufacturing Process:
1. Inspection rod bars for any demage, fault and discontinuities.
2. Rod Bars are machine straightened and cold drawn to the required
size.
3. The rod bar ends are hot forged according to API designed sizes
4. The rods are then heat treated over the full length
5. The rod is then again checked for straightness.
6. Rods are cleaned by shot-blasting to remove any scale and
oxidation.
7. The forged ends are machined on C. N. C. Lathe machines as per
API dimensions and checked with API approved gauges.
8. Packaging the sucker rods and carefully palletized the rods in
bundles for safe transport and handling.
9. Rods are coated with rust inhibitors.
10. Storage The sucker rods or shipping out to clients
