Plastic PET Bottle Washing Recycling Line / Recycling Machine

Main Working Process:

Loading PET Bottle -- De-labeling --Manual Selecting -- Shredding (Flake size: about 20mm) -- Pre-washing phase -- Intensive washing -- Water-removing machine. The whole washing line include water pipes of water-inlet, recycled water, water-storage, float-sink water tank and etc..

Product Features

1,The capacity of the line is 500-1000 kg/hr, total power is 49 kw. It is energy-saving and environment-friendly for the water can be recycled during operation. Thus zero-emission is achieved.
2,It occupies around 100-150 squre meters, the conveyor can be adjusted to suit the customer's actual needs.
3,Each machine in the whole production line can be controlled separately to achieve the purpose of integrated production and raise production and improve work efficiency.
4,We provide technical guide and water recycling scheme to save time and labor for the customer.
5,Ingress Protection is grade 66.
6,Motor is guaranteed for three years, excludes man-made damages.
