Our Techniques:

1. Unique and efficient degumming technology can reduce phosphorus content in rice oil to 35ppm, reduce clay consuption and improve refining rate by 15%.
2. This refining process can ensure the maximum retention of orgzanol in rice oil. (≥23000PPM)
3. The refining process can adapt to the characteristics fo high acid value of rice oil and has good decolorization effect. producing high-quality rice oil (AV≤0.1 , R≥3.5)
4. Energy-saving technology is adopted to reduce the steam consumption of refining workshop by 2/3, the steam consumption per ton of oil ≤ 49kg and the natural gas consumption to 3.3m³/ton of oil.
5. Environmental friendly technology. Odor from decolorization is completely sealed to prevent air pollution.
6. Remove wax and grease from rice oil synchronously, improve efficiency, save energy and reduce refining loss.
7. Advanced design of deodorization tower, deodorization time in 65 munites, deodorization oil trans fatty acid content ＜1, deodorization tower distillate capture rate: ≥ 99.5%
8. Fully automatic computer control system is reliable, mature and perfect.
