1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.

2.1. High rigid, high speed and low inertia.
2.2.100% Back twist design insure that no abrasion damage while stranding.
2.3. Most advanced emergency stop device.
2.4. Various PLC electrics optional.
2.5. Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by positive device & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for controlling the required tension.In addition,magetic tension control system is optional which is cheaper than the pheumatic mode.
2.6. Planetary stranding machine is qualified for any wire/cable processing job.

Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel, 12-reel , 18-reel section, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
