Description:

This product is a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive film, which is supported by release paper and can be repeatedly heated and plasticized.This hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesion to textiles(cotton,nylon,chemical fiber, blended fabric).This product has dry cleaning and 40℃ washing resistance.

Recommended Bonding Conditions:

1. Bonding temperature and pressure and time relate to the bonding strength of the film to the material. The bonding temperature must be close to the temperature set by the machine, the pressure must be uniform, and the mold and press rolls must be flat.

2. The bonding conditions used will vary between machines and materials. The conditions indicated here are only basic. The most ideal bonding conditions should be established by manufacturing for the specific application.

Application:

DS002-2 is used in the bonding of clothing, embroidery, footwear, luggage, handbags, toys, hats, sports materials.

Our company has standardized mass production and perfect online testing process and database. There are a modified hot melt adhesive underwater granulation production line, it is mainly to meet the market demand for modification of different functional hot melt adhesives,fully automatic ultra-fine cryogenic grinding production line, with an annual output of 2,500 tons of powder hot melt adhesive,round knife combination die cutting and flat knife combination cross cutting and precision slip shaft winding and slitting machine and one set of composite unit.
