This Test Bench is required by IEC60601-1:2012 "Medical electrical equipment – Part 1:Generay requirements for basic safety and essential performance" and etc.

It is suitable for the verification of whether the ME equipment needs to be unbalanced on the inclined ground of 5° or 10°, and to assess its stability performance.
