Color coated steel plate is made generally by roll coating a layer on the substrate or bonding organic film and then baking into final plate. The color coated steel plate can be processed furthur in finished products. It is also called as "prepainted steel sheet".
Antistatic prepainted steel sheets's principle is to add some conducting materials in the insulating polyester coating. which gets the former insulated coating, became a semiconductor.
Performance Of Antistatic PPGI
1) Its machining property and durability match that of the PPGI with common polyester as its base metal.
2) Its resistance to chemicals and solvents is slightly higher than that of PPGI with common polyester
