ZT-90CNC/V PCD/PCBN Tools' Grinder

ZT-90CNC/V is a special equipment for processing diamond V-cut cutting tools and small saw blades, and meets the same type of alloy cutting tools processing. It is on the foundation of the ZT-90 and modified to grind automatically. Grinding and measuring in one clamping, improves tool's precision and consistency.

ZT-90CNC/V has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic dividing, automatic edge switching, automatic detection, parameter memory, machining error alarm and other functions.

Design Features:

• Extremely rigid construction with heavy duty cast iron body, more than 18 months natural ageing, stable and durable.

• The spindle can realize lifting and angle adjustment, which embodies the perfect combination of precision, rigidity and dexterity.

• The whole pneumatic system is of JAPAN SMC brand, to get rapid feed and outfeed and flexible grinding.

• The CNC system includes self-developed control software, image system, servo control unit, all-in-one machine, backlight, position transducer, etc.

• Using the latest vision technology, realizes on-line inspection, automatic grinding, parameter memory, machining error alarm, etc., comprehensively improves the machining efficiency, accuracy, automation and stability

• Grinding and measuring in one clamping, improves tools precision and consistency.

• Equipped with high precision CNC dividing device and special connection Flange.
