Product Introduction:

BSO hot air circulation dryer is mainly used for drying vegetables, fruits, seafood, Chinese medicinal materials, grain, leaves, cassava, etc. It is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. High productivity and low consumption.

Working method:

It uses steam or electricity as heat. There is a steam radiator or electric heating element that produces heat. The use of fans for convection heat transfer, heat transfer to the material, constantly add fresh air, exhaust moisture. During the drying process, maintain the appropriate relative temperature and humidity in the box. The biggest characteristic is most hot air circulates in the box body, enhances the heat and mass transfer, saves the energy. Main Structure:

The machine is mainly composed of drying chamber, combustion chamber, electric heating pipe, ventilation system and control system.

2. Combustion chamber: in order to solve the smoke and dust generated in the production process, the combustion chamber is connected with the chimney, which is efficient and convenient.

4. Control system: the control cabinet controls the electric heating pipe and fan. In addition, a temperature and humidity tester is installed to facilitate users to understand the current situation.
