Conveyor Pulley Lagging

Pulley lagging is used to increase the coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley, so that the belt tracking is increased. it can also prevent conveyor belt and pulley from wear damage, extend belt and pulley life.

Ceramic Pulley Lagging

Ceramic pulley lagging is embedding 95% alumina ceramic tiles in natural rubber sheet in a certain layout by hot vulcanizing process. Rubber ceramic pulley lagging can be produced with cn bonding layer, see below picture, the green side is cn bonding layer, which can deliver fast and excellent bonding adhesion.
