The DTN series fixed point projection spot welding machine is a dual purpose welding machine produced by our company, mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and some non-ferrous metals. It can also achieve welding between plates, between plates and projection welding nuts and bolts.

1. Body: Made of steel plates that are bent and welded as a whole, with good rigidity, high strength, reasonable structure, and beautiful appearance.

2. Welding pressure mechanism: Adopting ADK components, reliable and stable quality; The cylinder adopts an aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, with a wear-resistant surface and long service life; The working stroke is adjustable, using linear guide rails for guidance, with high accuracy and long service life.

3. Welding transformer: The welding transformer is a three-phase shell type, vacuum epoxy resin sealed, with the primary coil being a disc winding and the secondary coil being a specially made rectangular tube that also serves as a water cooling device.

4. Air circuit (pressurization) system: The air circuit (pressurization) system is composed of compressed air filter, pressure reducing valve, Barometer, oil atomizer, electromagnetic air valve, cylinder and foot pedal switch, etc. According to different user requirements, there can be no auxiliary travel, or mechanical or electrical controlled auxiliary travel.
