1. Lifting operations

Excavation in the lifting operation before, to select a flat and stable standing platform, so that the excavator stand firm heel. When lifting try to choose a special lifting device, choose a high-strength hook and wire rope; the length of the wire rope should be appropriate to prevent the lifting object from swinging too much for precise control.

2. Crushing operations

Before the crushing operation, the crushing hammer should be placed vertically on the object to be crushed, and the steel brazier should be pressed on the crushed object all the time when crushing, and the crushing operation should be stopped immediately after the crushed object is crushed.

The hammer should not break for more than one minute at one point and should continue to break at another point if it does not break for a long time. Hard objects should be broken from the edge. During the breaking process, it is strictly forbidden to use the hammer as a chisel or pry bar.

3. Stone work
The bucket and arm of the excavator are the most abrasive. 4. Slope levelling operations

When levelling a slope, first find a good working platform for the excavator and, if possible, use lime to mark the path of the excavator and the edge of the slope. Be patient in your work and control the speed of the boom and bucket in order to achieve a smooth slope.

5. Walking operations

When the excavator needs to walk a long distance, it should try to put away various working devices to maintain the stability of the upper body of the excavator. Avoid obstacles as far as possible during walking, and always support the chassis with the moving arm when crossing the mound to prevent the body from tipping over.

When walking uphill, the drive wheels should be placed at the back to increase the traction of the tracks on the ground. When travelling downhill, the drive wheels should be placed at the front and the top track should be taut to prevent uncontrolled slipping forward when travelling downhill. If you need to stop on a slope, insert the bucket into the ground after stopping and place a stopper under the tracks.
