Pressure sensors
Description
PS0316 series are designed by a mixed package where the silicon pressure sensor and signal processing circuit are packaged into an integral pressure chip. Furthermore, PS0314 series can offer compact design, high accuracy, greatest possible operational reliability, and other numerous options.
Active temperature compensation and linear calibration ensures that the analog signal output of the chip is proportional to the supply voltage and led to a linear function to the input pressure.
Customer - specific sensor characteristics can also be defined
although the model PS0314 ensures a wide range of operating
pressure, while its typical supply voltage is 5±0.5 V and current
is 2.0 mA.

2. Minimum pressure offset: an output voltage of the module under the minimum pressure within the pressure range.
3. Full range output: an output voltage of the module under the maximum pressure within the pressure range.
4. Full range span: an algebraic difference between the output value at maximum pressure and the output value at minimum pressure
within the pressure range.
5. Accuracy includes linearity, temperature hysteresis, zero offset and end value deviation (corresponds to measured error).
6. Response time: the time required to go from 10% of the output to 90% of the theoretical value.
7. Pre-treatment time: the time to take for stability after the pressure stabilizes.
8. Offset stability: the output offset of the module after a pulse pressure and temperature cycle for 1000 hours.

Cautions in use:
Since some steps in the manufacturing process of the chip's regulating circuit are kinds of CMOS process followed by unique sensor package, a variety of high electrostatic damage should be avoid in your product process. So please pay attention to the following points:
1. Anti-static safety tables are available on site, including anti-static table mat, floor mat, and operator’s wristband;
2. Tools and equipment are grounded, for example, an anti-static soldering iron is used in manual welding process;
3. Anti-static transfer boxes are available (note: ordinary plastic and metal containers are not anti-static things);
4. The ultrasonic welding process is not recommended to implement , which would affect the chip package;
5. Do not block the inlet hole on the top when manufacturing your products.
