The machine is specially designed for supporting the production of eco-friendly paper bags, it can produce flat handle efficiently and past it to the bags by manual.This machine uses 4 rolls of narrow-width kraft paper as raw material,gradually formed by a flat rope mold transmission system to complete the production of flat ropes and flat handles to form a flat handle.
1.This machine is easy to operate can stably produce 230-300pcs/min;
2.The flat rope handle is formed at one time,no need to produce the paper ropes separately,thus can greatly reducing the material and labor costs;
3.This machine can be equipped with automatic watering glue function and assembly line, which replaces the traditional way of gluing the handles by manual,thus greatly reducing labor and glue costs,speeding up the production speed,can help complete the customer's large-scale orders.

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
