Description of Ready Mix Concrete Plant

The ready mix concrete batching plant is a combinational device used to batch concrete in centralized. There are many different types and components of the concrete batching plants, the basic structure includes: feeding system, measuring (weighing) system, mixing system, electrical system and auxiliary equipments. They are used to transport, feed, store, batch, weigh, mix and discharge the concrete raw materials: cement, water, sand, crushed stone, admixture and additive.

2. Batching Machine PLD1600

• Batching machine is controlled by pneumatic system.
• Each storage hopper has two discharging gates,improving discharging speed.
• Proportioned Aggregate will be conveyed by conveyor belt with less time and energy.
• Each hopper is weighted individually with three sensors.
• All electrical and pneumatic systems are controlled by computer system,improving the accuracy of weighing.
• 1-8 different kinds of materials can be weighed,such as sand,broken stone, ccobblestone,cement and so on.

• Our cement silo is made of Q235 steel.
• It's equipped with automatic dust removal, butterfly valve, automatic broken arch and the upper and lower level control instrument and other facilities.
• Cement can be dismantled into parts,installed with bolts.Saving transport fees and arrange time.
• Dust catcher has intermittent vibration catcher and pulse dust catcher.
• Electric control system is composed of PL600 weighing instrument,weighing sensors.

• Electric system is composed of host computer, display, printer, communication cable, weighing instrument and so on.
• Heavy-current part is separated from weak-current part, so it enhances the ability of anti-jamming.
• Control system has the function of error analysis, automatic checkout.
