The Trocar Access method is widely used in laparoscopic surgery to place the initial trocar. This method allows for the visualization of each tissue layer before insertion, making potential injuries, and air leakage at the trocar site, minimal; particularly for cases involving obese patients.

We carry the Endopass Visible Tip Optical Disposible Laparascopic Trocar. It is certified-CE marked and produced under ISO 13485 quality standards, and is intended for a single patient only when puncturing of the abdominal cavity as well as the supply of gas during laparoscopic surgery is needed.

We offer optical trocars with visible tips in 7 varieties of size: 5mm, 10mm and 12mm diameters, and lengths of 75mm, 100mm, and 150mm.

The thread-shaped surface of this trocar has an inverted tooth design, which increases the sleeve’s fixation to the abdominal wall to prevent sliding, both when instruments enter and when they are removed from the sleeve.

This trocar’s non-bladed tip has been designed to separate tissues instead of cutting them, resulting in reduced tissue damage. The transparent conical head is a great help in avoiding any blind insertions and organ injuries, and provides the user with good visual feedback when the endoscope enters the obturator.

This trocar also provides an easy-to-operate tunnel lock, which secures the endoscope from sliding to maintain stable visualisation.

Finally, the stainless steel needle used in this trocar design makes it even more reliable compared to conventional plastic versions.

• The product should be packaged with strong cardboard boxes.
• The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight, high temperature, or humidity when being shipped.
• Shippers should take necessary precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged during transit.
• The shipper should provide tracking information to the customer after the product is shipped.
