Our hydraulic control line technology is free from orbital welds.
Thanks to improved completions, we no longer need to rely on
mill-produced coils.
We use Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and laser beam welding machines to
achieve a highly repeatable weld with superior quality. With the
combination of our welding machines with cold-drawing machines, we
are able to achieve OD sizes from 1/8” – 1” and wall thicknesses
from 0.028” -0.095”.
Common alloys for our tubing products that we work with are 316L,
Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, and Inconel 625.
This type of tubing, which comes in an annealed condition and in continuous length without orbital joint welds, is engineered using Duplex 2205 UNS S32205. It is designed to adhere to the following specifications for O.D., W.T., Working Pressure, Burst Pressure, Collapse Pressure and Test Pressure:

The theoretical burst and collapse pressure is calculated based on the minimum wall thickness and minimum tensile and yield strength. The pressure rating is calculated at 100° F (38°C), under neutral and static conditions.

This Nickel Alloy Hydraulic Control Line is constructed with High Tensile Strength and features a Ferrule Fitting connection type with a highly clean and bright surface, meeting the ASTM A789 standard. With a minimum order quantity of 1 coil and a packaging delivery of wooden cases, this product can be shipped within 7 days upon payment with T/T or L/C. Meilong Tube is ISO9001 certified and has a monthly supply capability of 150 metric tons.
