1. Heavy Duty Construction Machinery Small loader introduction

Small loaders are suitable for work sites that require large amounts of concrete. When matching concrete, the raw materials (stones, sand and cement) required by general construction enterprises are mostly transported from the material yard to the mixer by using a human trolley. This method relies on manual loading and manual handling, which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency, and is not suitable for modern production requirements. However, the large loader is not suitable for use, so the agricultural tractor is converted into a practical small loader to effectively solve this problem.

Including engine, torque converter, gearbox, front and rear drive axle, frame site.

(3) Working hydraulic oil circuit, hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting cylinder and tipping bucket cylinder;

(4) Traveling oil circuit: transmission oil sump oil, traveling pump, one way torque converter, one way gear valve, transmission clutch;

(5) Drive: drive shaft, main differential, wheel reducer;

(6) Steering oil circuit: oil tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve) steering gear, steering cylinder;

(7) The gearbox has two kinds of integrated (planetary) and separate (fixed shaft);
