Matters needing attention
The coil heat exchanger needs regular inspection during use. Use thermal shock automatic descaling at least once a month and drain water once a week to maintain water quality. The design pressure of shell side and tube side of the heat exchanger is generally 0.6-1.6mpa. The temperature of hot water outlet shall not be higher than 90 degrees Celsius. Tube resistance is less than 4mH2O. The resistance loss of the tubules is negligible. Coil heater heat transfer efficiency is high, the steam inlet pipe should be installed on the temperature control valve, control steam flow and hot water temperature. For safety, especially the hot water supply system needs temperature control.
