The double tube sheet heat exchanger has two tube sheets to completely separate the medium on the tube side and the shell side. The back of each outer tube sheet is provided with two symmetrical drain holes communicating with the isolation cavity. There are 12 tie rod screw holes on the back of the inner tube sheet 2 (the welding surface with the shell). The outer tube sheet 1 and the inner tube sheet 1 form the first group of double tube sheets, and the outer tube sheet 2 and the inner tube sheet 2 form the second group of double tube sheets.

Causes of leakage at the tube-side or shell-side connection chuck of the double tube sheet heat exchanger:

1. Because the gasket will frequently work in the environment of heating and cooling during use, it will inevitably lead to the deformation of the gasket, especially in the case of cooling from heat. If the leakage problem cannot be solved after tightening, it means that the gasket has aged and deformed, and it is only necessary to replace the gasket with a new one.

2. Heat exchanger installation problems: sometimes the leakage of the connection chuck of the double tube sheet heat exchanger is caused by the improper installation of the heat exchanger, such as the improper pipe angle, length, and bracket position, and forced external force clamping during installation , Although the installation can be used without leakage, after a period of use, the internal stress of the pipeline connection will be released, which may lead to the deformation of the connection and lead to leakage. At this time, the heat exchanger and the surrounding connecting pipes should be loosened to a free state. Carefully check the problems existing in the installation, and effectively deal with the problems can be solved.
