Product Description:

Galvanized sheet is a thin steel sheet that is immersed in a molten zinc tank, with Q235 as the base material. This process is known as the continuous galvanizing process. During this process, the coiled steel plate is continuously placed in a galvanized bath containing molten zinc. This process creates a layer of zinc on the steel plate and then the plate is cut by a flattening and shearing machine.

Galvanized steel is steel that has gone through a chemical process to keep it from corroding and rusting. The coated layer of zinc oxide protects the steel and gives it a harder to scratch finish. This attractive finish makes galvanized steel desirable for outdoor, marine and industrial applications.
