Proper use

1. If the crusher is fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; if the crusher is mobile, the unit should be installed in the seat made of angle iron, and to ensure that the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley slot of the crusher is in the same rotary plane.
3. The laboratory crusher after installation to check the fastening of each fastener, if loose to tighten. At the same time to check the belt tightness is appropriate.
4. When the machine is working, workers should pay attention to the operation of the laboratory crusher at all times, feed the material evenly to prevent blocking bogging, do not work for a long time overload. If you find vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and body, spraying material outward, you should stop immediately to check, and continue to work only after troubleshooting.
5. Do not casually replace the pulley, in case the speed is too high to make the crushing chamber explosion, or the speed is too low to affect the efficiency of the crusher.
6. The crusher should be idle for 2-3 minutes after starting, in the absence of abnormalities before feeding work.
