How do we do quality inspection?

1.Raw materials standards should be strictly same with requirements.

2.Formula made according to different designs or shades by using qualified raw materials.

3.Color test:before formal production,we will do some test to check the effect.Even though it increases our cost,we could not save this step.

3.During production,we will check the printed decorative PVC film on LED screen,upon any problems found,we will make a solution immediately.

4.Re-rolling:After all the decorative PVC film rolled well on the bobbins:

--we put the big rolls onto re-rolling machine to reroll the film on our standard bobbins.

--When re-rolling finished,we pack them and lay them on wood pallet.
