Description of Vermiculite Board
Features
High temperature resistant up to 1200 C;
High thermal shock resistant, can be used on fire side;

Easy for secondary tooling and machining, like cutting, sawing, punching etc.
Vermiculite boards applies 0.3-1 mm expanded silver vermiculite as the raw material, with inorganic mixture bonding and high pressure pressing, after hours drying that made the good strength and fireproof insulation boards.
For serving under severe conditions, vermiculite boards have excellent mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal spalling, and are highly resistant to chemical attack by vilatile alkaies and some slag.
Stoves applying
For stoves application, it requires lightweight and good fireproofing requirement, as well as thermal shock resistance. The vermiculite boards owns the all benefits and plays an important role in the stoves applying especially in wood stoves and pellet stoves. And our durable vermiculite boards with longer working life can resistant the bending and crushing which caused by long time uneven heating, bring the stoves longer service life and less trouble for the replacement.

Heat cell

Vermiculite boards with 1200 C can resistant the extremely environment which fast drying and water soaking; has better performance than the traditional ceramic fiber boards.

Condensing boiler

Condensing boilers ideal service life is about 12-15 years, while the heart part heat cells determines whether it can or can not to reach the ideal life. With high quality vermiculite boards, it can reduce the times of heat cells replacement and bring the user less troubles.
Aluminum Electrolytic Cells
The V-1100 and V-1200 are recommended for the applying of Aluminum electrolytic cells. Their high strength and low thermal conductivity make them ideally for the applying of the industry. Various combinations of bulk density, insulation properties and compressive strength, commonly V-1100(500), V-1100(1000), and V-1200 are chosen for the excellent performance in strength and thermal insulation performance.
And the another important feature in the Aluminum Electrolytic cells is that the V-1100 and V-1200 series do not corrosion by the molten aluminum and are resistant to cryolite penetration and fluorides. It helps to maintain the cells service life and keep the better running of the aluminum electrolytic processing.
