Product Description:
The flat die granulator uses solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat
straw, straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean
stalks, chaff, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other
solid wastes as raw materials, after crushing , pressurized,
densified, and shaped to become a small rod-shaped solid particle
fuel. Pellet fuel is made by extruding sawdust, straw and other raw
materials with pressing rollers and ring dies at room temperature.
The density of the raw material is generally about 110-130kg/m3,
and the density of the formed particles is greater than 1100kg/m3,
which is convenient for transportation and storage, and at the same
time, its combustion performance is improved
Working principle of flat die wood pellet machine:
The equipment is based on the inherent motion of the machine. The
motor (or diesel engine) is used as the power to drive the gear to
the main shaft. The powdery material is plasticized, the protein is
denatured by temperature, and extruded from the die hole under the
extrusion of the pressure roller. The required particle length can
be obtained by adjusting the cutter, and then the formed particles
are passed through the throwing tray. It is sent out of the machine
through the discharge port.
1. How to use: Start the machine, pour the mixture into the hopper,
and form particles through the wire screen through the swinging
action of the rotating drum, and fall into the container, such as
crushed pieces
It should be added gradually, and it should not be filled up, so as
to avoid excessive pressure and make the screen vulnerable.
2. Precautions: If the powder stagnates in the powder hopper, do
not use your hands to shovel it, so as not to cause hand injury
accidents, use a bamboo shovel or stop to work.
