• Structural form: the whole machine is composed of base slide at the bottom, two columns, independent motor driving column slide-type lead screw movement, and independent electrical control box.
• The two spindle centers on the column are shaftless loading and unloading spools. The centers are driven by two 0.75kw AC motors through cycloidal pinwheel reducers to drive the screw nut to lift and lower. Each center seat can be lifted and lowered separately or simultaneously. It is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual protection devices. In order to meet the use of different specifications of spools, it is equipped with different specifications of centers.
• The opening and closing system drives the screw rod and nut horizontally through two independent motors, which are used to clamp and loosen the wire coil, and is equipped with overload protection device.
• The take-up adopts a torque motor, which drives the main shaft through the 2-speed gearbox to drive the reel to rotate, and the torque meter controller controls the take-up motor.
• The winding speed can be tracked
• The front operation surface of the take-up machine is equipped with the start, stop and electric buttons of the whole machine to facilitate the adjustment of the wiring operation.
