A1: Through the international express delivery,like UPS,DHL,TNT.

Q2: COULD WE GET A SAMPLE BEFORE A FORMAL ORDER?

A2: Yes, we can provide a sample before order. Checking a sample is a best way to understand the detail quality.

Q3: WHAT KIND OF PACKAGING COULD YOU PRODUCE?

A3: According to customers' needs, use wrapping paper. If the transportation period exceeds 10 days or encounters special climate, we will use waterproof packaging and add plastic film to prevent moisture, water and rust

Q4: WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A4: The types of payment we usually use L/C and T/T.

Q8:WHAT IS THE AVERAGE LEAD TIME?

A8:For samples, the lead time is about 5-7 days.

For mass production, the lead time is 20-25 days. In all cases, we will try best to accommodate your needs.

Q9:What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

A9:When we quote for you,we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB,CIF,CNF,etc. For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and70% balance against copy of documents.The common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.
