Description

The OPA6x7 is fabricated on a high-speeddielectrically-isolatedcomplementaryNPN/PNPprocess. lt operates over a wide range of powersupply voltage of +4.5 V to +18 V. Laser-trimmedDifet input circuitry provides high accuracy and low-noise performance comparable with the best bipolar-input operational amplifiers.
High frequency complementary transistors allowincreasedcircuit bandwidth, attaining dynamicperformance not possible with previous precision FEToperational amplifiers. The OPA627 is unity-gainstable. The OPA637 is stable in gains equal to orgreater than five.
Difet fabrication achieves extremely low input biascurrents without compromising input voltage noiseperformance. Low input bias current is maintainedover a wide input common-mode voltage range withunique cascode circuitry.
The OPA6x7 is available in plastic PDIP. SOlC, andmetal TO-99 packages. Industrial and militarytemperature range models are available.
