Conveying Table and Overlap

Laminating Unit

1.The hot-press steel roller (Dia.380mm) adopts electromagnetic heating system,

2.The pressing pressure is controlled by two sets of hydraulic cylinders and an automatic hydraulic system,which can balance the pressure on the upper and lower rollers
3.The surface of the pressure roller is covered with a special strength rubber layer.
4.Touch screen control board,The Internet of things,long remote control.

Cutting Part

1.The cutting unit adopts a round (flying) knife device,matched with a bouncing paper break device,and is easy to adjust.It can ensure effective cutting of paper thick more than 105g/m² and is suitable for OPP,BOPP film slitting.
2.Includes paper anti-curl device,which can effectively avoid curling phenomenon after thin paper laminating film break.
3.The paper cutter adopts frequency conversion speed control,which can be co-adjusted with the laminator speed.
4.The bouncing device ensures that the film breaks quickly after the disc knife cuts the film.
5.PLC programmable module linkage system,which automatically increases or decreases according to the speed of the laminating host.
Punch Knife(Install on the Laminator)
The machine runs,resting the perforating blade on the edge of the film and punching holes in the film,and finally,through the
bouncing device,breaks the film and separates the paper.

Automatic Paper Collecting Part
