GP series Powerful Granulators are specially designed for crushing various rigid plastics to recycle with high-efficiency superior cutter design has 3 types - flake, flat and claw type. Claw cutter has the characteristics of scattering force even to make each blade giving strong shearing force to reduce cutter wearable. The hopper adopts double-layer structure, inside filled with sound insulation material, so that the equipmengt has good safety and environment protection, electricity saving and durable.

Features

• All models are suitable for granulating box, thin pipe, blow molded parts, bottles and big parts of different material different shape of defective plastic parts, can be collected to granulate together for recycling use.
• It is simple and fast to change blade which can be dispersed by strength, so that the shear increasingof each blade, suitable for crushing thick material, hard material block, runner etc. Flat bladewith wide structure is suitable for crushing large volume this wall, thin material products to improve crushing efficiency.
• Unique design realizes that the power is smallest but the efficiency is highest. It is also equipped with double-silencer to achieve low noise.
• Feeding hopper and screener need to be made of stainless steel(transparent or white color) in order to avoid painting peeling off to make material contamination for effecting color.
• Cutters are made of SKD-11(Option) with long service life.
• Easy disassembly design-feeding hopper, cutters and screener easily & fast dismantle for cleaning.
• Big size power granulators can be equipped with cooling water circulation system, the heat generated by the machine to the outside of machine, can reduce machine itself working temperature and avoid crushing material agglomerate.
• Small size power granulators is equipped with casters, easy to move. Big size powerful granulators can be equipped with vibration pads to work smoothly.
